UPPSC PCS Notification 2024 Application Form
Applications submitted offline will not be accepted for the UPPSC PCS 2024 test. The application procedure must be completed online exclusively. With the release of UPPSC Notification 2024, the registration dates for the UPPSC 2024 Exam have been disclosed. Online applications will be accepted by the commission from January 1, 2024, until February 2, 2023. To take this exam, all applicants must apply online by February 2, 2024.

Step 1: Applicants must go to the official UPPSC website.
Step 2: Select “Apply Online” after clicking on the “Recruitment” link in the header bar.

Step 4: Click the Apply button after selecting the UPPSC PCS 2024 test.

Note:- Before submitting an online application, applicants must complete One Time Registration (OTR) and receive an OTR Number. It will not be feasible to submit an online application without an OTR Number. A candidate may only submit an online application via the commission’s website, after acquiring an OTR Number.

UPPSC Upper PCS Educational Qualification

UPPSC PCS Age Limit (as on 01/07/2024)
On July 1, 2024, candidates must have become 21 years old and not be older than 40 years old. The candidates cannot have been born on July 02, 1984, or July 01, 2003. The following details the age relaxation for applicants in the reserved category:

Exam Pattern
The UPPSC PCS exam consists of three stages: the preliminary test, the main exam, and the interview (Personality Test). Candidates must sit in the preliminary exam first. There are two question papers in the objective-style preliminary exam.
Prelims Exam Pattern
The UPPSC PCS 2024 preliminary exam is an offline test with two exams administered during separate shifts.
- There are 200 total points available for each subject, and two hours are allocated to finish each Prelims test paper.
- Paper I (General Studies I) has 150 questions in total, whereas Paper II has 100 marks.

Personality Test (Interview)
The VIVA-VOCE Personality Test will be worth 100 points. With an eye toward academic interest, the exam will be focused on matters of broad interest while also testing general awareness, intellect, character, expressive ability, personality, general fitness for the service, some general knowledge, and current subjects.
Salary/ Pay Scale
With the exception of Naib Tehsildar, whose grade pay is Rs. 4200, the pay scale for all jobs under the combined state services is Rs. 9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-to Rs. 15600-39100/-. Pay Grade: Rs. 5400/-
- The salary scale, grade pay, and post status under the Assistant Conservator of Forest / Range Forest Officer Services Examination are as follows:
- Assistant Forest Conservator: Rs. 15,600–39100, Grade Pay: Rs. 5,400, Group “B” Gazetted (Level 10 in the pay matrix group).
- Range: Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34800 for the Forest Officer Services Examination; Grade Pay: Rs. 4800 (Level 8 pay matrix 47600 – 151100). Group “B” was Gazetted.
