A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university or another educational qualification that could be considered equivalent in its place is required of the candidate. Additionally,
the candidate must have graduated from any university established by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India, an Educational Institution created by an Act of Parliament, a University deemed to exist under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act 1956, or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government.
